During the Closed Canadian Championship on April 17, we are thrilled to welcome François Pruneau et Jessie Mineau for an amazing performance!
Based in Montreal, François Pruneau and Jessie Mineau are two certified Latin and Ballroom dance instructors with over 25 years of experience each in competition, performance, and teaching.
Jessie Mineau, a former Quebec amateur champion and Canadian Rock and Roll champion, has participated in several international competitions, including the Embassy Ball. A choreographer on the television show *Les Dieux de la Danse* and a notable participant on *Révolution*, she now teaches Ballroom and Latin dances through classes, workshops, and stage productions.
François Pruneau, a former Quebec amateur 10-Dance champion, is a professional dancer and choreographer. He was a Top 10 finalist on *So You Think You Can Dance Canada* and has worked as a choreographer and artistic consultant on several productions, including *Révolution*, *Chanteurs Masqués*, *Les Dieux de la Danse*, and *Dancing with the Stars: Mira Quien Baila All Stars*. His collaborations also include Cirque du Soleil and Netflix.
Although they have never been a competitive couple, François and Jessie regularly find themselves collaborating on television productions, shows and stage projects, where their artistic complicity and their shared language of competitive ballroom dancing take on their full dimension.
